M Realty Group Enters Cincinnati Market;
Firm Committed to Expanding Presence
Cincinnati, OH - PM Realty Group today announced that PHL-OPCO, L.P. has awarded the firm with the exclusive property management assignment for three buildings in greater Cincinnati totaling more than 460,000 square feet. This marks the firm's official entry into the Cincinnati market, with plans for expansion.
The portfolio includes the following properties:
- Turfway Ridge Office Park is a 217,085-square-foot office complex located at 7300-7310 Turfway Road in Florence, Kentucky, a suburban business hub of greater Cincinnati. Major tenants include Toyota, ZF Group and Square.
- Blue Ash Business Place is an office complex comprised of 161,965 square feet of space. Located at 4340-4398 Glendale-Milford Road in Blue Ash, major tenants include Mercy Health Partners and Access Systems LLC.
- Triangle Park at Kings Mill is an 84,508-square-foot office building located at 5412 Courseview Drive in Mason. Major tenants include Steelox and Intellitecs.
PM Realty Group's management team will be led by Raymond Owens, Senior Vice President/Director of the Northeast Division, and Cynthia Collura, Assistant Vice President/Portfolio Manager.
According to Owens, the assignment is part of a larger, national real estate portfolio awarded to PM Realty Group consisting of 28 properties and spanning 3,850,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
"Our primary objective is to strategically position these properties in the Cincinnati market, and to provide the highest quality service levels while operating the buildings in the most cost-effective manner possible.
