HOUSTON - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive management and leasing contract for 1010 Lamar, a downtown Houston office building, by owner Koll Bren Fund, V, L.P., a private investment group.
PM Realty Group's Houston-based management and leasing team for the project consists of Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of the Southeast Region; Mike Nelson, vice president of operations; Doug Little, vice president and director of leasing; John Spafford, vice president of leasing; and Scott Dennis, senior property manager.
1010 Lamar is a 255,115-square-foot office building located in Houston's Central Business District and within close proximity to a variety of hotels, restaurants and other retail venues. Currently 70 percent occupied, the 19-story atrium-style building's major tenants include Vanguard Geophysical, Williamson Oil & Gas and Houston Energy.
According to Goeke, PM Realty Group has a solid, growing relationship with Koll Bren and was selected for this assignment based on its prior leasing and management track record with the owner.
"1010 Lamar is a quality building with parking and a great location in the central business district," said Goeke. "Our objective is to competitively position the property in the marketplace, establish preventative maintenance programs and aggressively source service contracts in order to provide the highest quality service levels and to operate the building in the most cost-effective manner possible." |
