ORLANDO, FL - PM Realty Group, one of the nation's leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive cost plus engineering assignment for the Maitland Green I & II office complex in Orlando by Chicago-based RREEF Funds. The assignment is the third awarded to PM Realty Group by RREEF Funds and expands the firm's regional portfolio to 3.3 million square feet.

Under the direction of Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Southeast division, Bert Locke, senior property manager, will oversee day-to-day engineering at the properties.

Maitland Green I, a 3-story building totaling 110,588 square feet, and Maitland Green II, a 4-story building totaling 83,890 square feet, comprise the Class A office complex located in the Orlando suburb of Maitland, Florida. Totaling 194,478 square feet, the complex currently is 92 percent occupied.
