HOUSTON, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation's leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has successfully negotiated a 52,678-square-foot lease at 12808 West Airport in Houston on behalf of owner Koll Bren Realty Advisors. The space was leased to ABB Automation, a division of ABB International, a global technology and engineering firm.

Doug Little, vice president and director of leasing for PM Realty Group, represented Koll Bren in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Mark Nichols and Mike Boehler of the Staubach Company.

12808 West Airport is a two-building, Class A office complex totaling 151,471 square-feet of space in the Sugarland submarket of Houston. The building was vacant prior to this lease. PM Realty Group currently is working with several prospective tenants to lease the remaining space.
