As Senior Vice President/Regional Director, Bill Weghorst is responsible for overseeing long term strategies for the entire Atlanta portfolio, to include leasing approximately 3 million square feet of office space at several prominent Atlanta landmarks. Weghorst has more than 20 years of office leasing experience in the Atlanta market, having completed more than 1,000 lease transactions totaling in excess of 6.0 million square feet and with an aggregate dollar value of more than $100 million. He has been voted one of the "Top 10 Leasing Agents in Atlanta" by industry peers at Dorey's Industry Choice Awards and recently was awarded the "2003 Power Broker Award" by CoStar Group. He is an active member of NAIOP, where he was a charter member of the Million Dollar Club and also sits on the Advisory Board of Black's Office Guide. Weghorst is a graduate of Baylor University.
