Rick Jones brings more than 20 years of experience in project management, general contracting and development to his position, in which he oversees approximately 5 million square feet of commercial property in Hawaii, as well as more than 7 million square feet of office, industrial and multi-family properties in Northern California. Since joining PM Realty Group in 1986, he has established himself as a top real estate professional with a successful track record for managing major build-to-suit office, retail and industrial developments, in addition to key capital and tenant improvement projects. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington State University. He is licensed as a general contractor and real estate sales person in California. His continuing education focuses on construction law, hazardous materials and mechanical systems at the University of California, Berkeley. He is an active member and on the Urban Plan Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and a National Forum member. He frequently lectures at industry seminars and workshops.
