Kuklish is Executive Vice President and Director of Medical Real Estate Services and is in charge of overseeing PM Realty Group's national medical real estate services division. In this position, Scott is responsible for the property management and leasing activities for a national portfolio of healthcare properties, as well as seeking out acquisition opportunities for medical office buildings and hospitals throughout the United States. Prior to Scott relocating to Texas, he was the Senior Vice President and Director of the Pacific Rim Division in Hawaii, where he was responsible for management activities in the Hawaiian Islands and the Northwest Region. Scott has 26 years of experience in the field of property management, with his primary focus centered on commercial and healthcare related property management issues. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Business from Arizona State University. He serves as Past President of the Sacramento Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Additionally, he is a Past Chairman of the Medical Office Buildings Committee for BOMA International and on the BOMA International Executive Committee, in charge of oversight of policies and procedures for BOMA international worldwide. Most recently, Scott was appointed to serve on the BOMA 360 Council, a BOMA International program aimed at recognizing industry best practices in building management and operations.
