As Executive Vice President and Director of Medical Real Estate Services, Kuklish is in charge of PM Realty Group’s new joint venture with Montecito Medical Investment Realty, LLC. In this new position, Scott will be responsible for overseeing PM Realty Group’s national medical real estate services division, which includes seeking out acquisition opportunities for medical office buildings and hospitals throughout the United States, and pursuing new business development opportunities in Hawaii. Scott has 25 years of experience in the field of property management, with his primary focus centered on commercial, medical and retail property management activities. Kuklish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Business from Arizona State University. He serves as Past President of the Sacramento Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Additionally, he is Vice Chairman of the Medical Office Buildings Committee for BOMA International and was recently elected to serve on the BOMA International Executive Committee, in charge of oversight of policies and procedures for BOMA international worldwide.
