As Senior Vice President, Chip Roach is responsible for the day to day leasing and marketing activity of approximately 3 million square feet of office space throughout the city of Atlanta. Roach is involved in the leasing of such prominent buildings as Ravinia Two, The Peachtree, and 211 Perimeter Center. During his 22 year career in the real estate industry, Roach has held positions in asset management, business development, property management and leasing. Roach is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker who also holds licenses in Florida and South Carolina. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also a multi year member of the NAIOP Million Dollar Club.
