Rowen has responsibility for the overall profitability of the Southern California Region, consisting of approximately 35 projects and totaling over 8,000,000 square feet. He also oversees a staff of over 50 real estate professionals to include a group of highly-trained operating engineers. Rowen and his team excel at delivering a high level of customer service to our tenants, and increasing the value of the assets for our clients. He frequently works with ownership and management recommending operational changes to reduce costs and maximize efficiency. During John’s 40 plus years in the engineering services business he has performed numerous due-diligence operational inspections & reviews, developed & implemented staff improvement programs & directed maintenance, repair & retrofit strategies that resulted in improved quality, efficiency & asset value.
