Active in commercial real estate in Hawaii for over 30 years, Skip has sold or leased over $100 million in real estate. Since joining PM Realty Group in 2003, he has played a pivotal role in expanding its Brokerage Division within Hawaii’s commercial real estate marketplace. He brings experience in representing some of Hawaii’s most prestigious office buildings, including Grosvenor Center, VMS Hawaii, Pan Am Building, Davis Pacific Center, Amfac Center (also known as Topa Financial Center), Dillingham Transportation Building, Pioneer Plaza and 1164 Bishop Street. In addition, he has represented such leading businesses as Thomasville Furniture, Marshall’s, Ameritone Paints, Bekins Moving & Storage, GE Supply, Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Company, Island Beverage, Alpac Pepsi Cola, Gentry Properties and H&W Foods. Previously, Skip owned his own real estate firm, which was ranked the 11th largest real estate management company in Hawaii by Pacific Business News; concurrently, Skip was named the 5th largest producing real estate broker in Hawaii. His background includes positions as Vice President of two local real estate companies as well as Asset Manager for over 500,000 square feet of mixed-use product for a local developer. Skip is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii, a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Honolulu Executives Association.
