John Spafford currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing. He is responsible for overseeing all activities of the Houston leasing team for a portfolio of over 8.6 million square feet of office space in 71 buildings throughout Houston. Spafford has also acted as consultant for several national firms including Everen Securities (formerly Kemper) and Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation (CSFB Realty Corp.). Spafford has over 20 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market.
