David Stauber, a 15 year veteran with PM Realty Group, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Engineering. He has direct engineering responsibility for a 32 property portfolio which contains 1.7 million square feet of retail centers, service centers and office buildings. Stauber has a broad base of knowledge in building management through hands on experience in repair and maintenance of water chilling units, cooling tower operations, electrical distribution, pneumatic and DDC operations, fire alarm and suppression system, applicable city/state/federal codes for commercial properties, extensive knowledge in computers and energy management systems.
