As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Pat Rains is responsible for administering the Company's personnel policies and procedures and employee benefit plans, and monitoring employee relations.

A 25-year veteran of the company, Mrs. Rains led the project to link PM Realty Group's headquarters main frame computers to personal computers at individual building sites, thereby ensuring the highest financial reporting standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Rains held a variety of financial positions at PM Realty Group that have provided her with her in-depth experience at all levels of property management. As Senior Vice President and Controller for PM Realty Group, she has been instrumental in developing the state-of-the-art, owner-oriented accounting systems that have helped establish PM Realty Group as a leader in real estate financial reporting.
