Jimmy Gunn complements his broad commercial real estate experience with an explicit commitment to customer service. His supervisory experience includes leasing, property management, construction, business planning, staff development, business development, and client relations.

Gunn joined PM Realty Group from Prentiss Properties, where he headed a large Eastern Region portfolio of office and industrial properties for numerous institutional and private investors.

He began his real estate career with Cadillac Fairview Urban Development, where he oversaw the management of several premier properties, including Dallas's Bank One Center and MCenter Complex. Later he served as senior manager for One Atlantic Center in Atlanta.

Gunn earned graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas, where he lettered for two NCAA National Champion Football Teams. He studied real estate finance and asset management at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Gunn is active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and has served on the organization's Board of Directors. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Industrial Development Research Council (IDRC).
