Eileen Doody has 17 years of experience in medical and commercial real estate brokerage and property management. In Eileen’s five years with PM Realty Group, she has consistently contributed to the growth of the Health Services division by her numerous contacts and successes in the industry. Eileen is currently exclusively responsible for the leasing of over 15 buildings in the Orange County area, plus oversees the St. Joseph Hospital of Orange portfolio consisting of over 350,000 square feet of medical space. She has worked with developers on build-to-suit portfolios of medical space. Eileen has directly negotiated over 60 leases in a 12-month period, brought five properties to 100% occupancy within a 6-month period, and has renewed approximately 95% of all current tenants. She is also responsible for advisory and lease management services in the Orange County area. Ms. Doody is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in Social Work and is a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of California.
