DALLAS, TX - Becky Powell, CPM^® recently joined PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide, full-service commercial real estate firm, as general manager of operations in Dallas. In her new position, Powell will oversee overall management, finance and operations for more than 605,000 square feet of office and retail space in the Dallas metropolitan area.

Powell has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, all focused in the Dallas market. Prior to joining PMRG, she worked as a senior property manager at Merit Texas Properties. Other experience includes positions with Kennedy-Wilson Management (formerly Fults Management, property manager), THS Management (owner), and Baldwin & Harris Company.

"Becky brings with her an extensive knowledge of all disciplines of commercial real estate, including construction, development and property management," said Lisa Johnston, vice president, property management, PMRG. "This knowledge, coupled with her expert understanding of the Dallas market, will help us better serve our clients in this area."

Powell holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is also a current board member of the Dallas chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the 2007 chair of its government relations committee.
