As Leasing Manager for the Dallas Region, Ryan Dale is responsible for leasing all of PM Realty Group's medical office portfolio, as well as the marketing and pre-leasing efforts for all proposed medical office developments. Mr. Dale has been actively involved in various niches of Dallas' commercial real estate industry for over three years.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Mr. Dale was a Development Analyst for Seneca Investments, A Dallas-based real estate development company. During his two-year tenure with Seneca Investments, he was involved in all aspects of pre-development from market analysis and land acquisition to construction cost assumptions and development budgets. Overall, Mr. Dale assisted in securing debt and equity for over 1,400 Class A apartment units in the Houston area and a 33,000 square foot medical office building in Dallas.

Mr. Dale began his real estate career in 2006 with The Cirrus Group, a Dallas-based medical services developer specializing in the delivery of new, state-of-the-art medical facilities. Given responsibilities in pre-development due diligence as well as pre-leasing, Ryan's initial exposure to commercial real estate was strictly focused towards medical office space. Mr. Dale also interned during college summers with a well-known national real estate firm supporting senior professionals in all aspects of research, business development and marketing.

Mr. Dale has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Letter & Classics from The University of Oklahoma. Ryan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas, a member of the Texas Association of REALTORS, North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council (TREC) and a Dallas-based young real estate professionals group, TREC Young Guns.
