As Assistant Vice President and Regional Manager for the JPMorgan Chase Midwest Region Facilities, Parsons oversees in excess of 10 million square feet throughout a five state territory consisting of headquarters offices, data centers, call centers and branch bank facilities. His portfolio employs over 100 facility engineers and encompasses 700 property locations with building sizes up to 2 million square feet. Parsons has in excess of 25 years of experience in facilities management, investment-grade property management, leasing, site selection, and project management. Additionally, he has held asset management roles for large groups of medical and commercial investment properties in nine states exceeding 12 million square feet. Parsons tenure with PM Realty spans nearly 15 years He has been involved in project management for 22 new commercial developments, including extensive experience in commissioning and startup of new properties. Parsons holds a MBA and a BA Degree from Texas A&M University.
