 DALLAS, TX - Duane Henley has joined PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, as senior vice president of leasing – central division. He is responsible for leasing and brokerage efforts for PMRG in the Dallas/Ft Worth market.
Henley brings extensive experience in high-end commercial office property and mixed-use developments with more than 23 years experience in marketing, leasing and sales. Prior to joining PMRG, Henley spent two years with Brandywine Realty Trust as their Director of Marketing. In 2006, Brandywine Realty Trust acquired Prentiss Properties Trust where he worked 17 years as Director of Marketing and was consistently a top producer. He was responsible for marketing and leasing diverse real estate products including speculative office developments, mixed-use and build-to-suits in the CBD and suburbs of Dallas/Ft Worth and Austin. Henley has completed over 700 leases totaling more than 11 million square feet.

Henley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas Austin and is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NATCAR). He is also a licensed Texas real estate broker. |
