 HONOLULU, HI - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, has announced the expansion of its brokerage services team for the Pacific Rim region.
Mele Heresa has joined PMRG as assistant vice president specializing in retail investment sales and leasing, as well as management and asset services. Anthony Provenzano joined PMRG as an associate focusing on retail investment sales and leasing. They will report directly to Matthew Bittick, senior vice president - investment sales and leasing.
Heresa brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing, leasing and sales of retail and commercial office property, and has extensive knowledge in asset and property management. Prior to joining PMRG, she  managed the leasing and management of HTH Corporation’s resort retail components. She holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is the incoming president of the Hawaii Chapter. Heresa is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a licensed Hawaii real estate salesperson and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Provenzano is the newest graduate of PMRG’s internship program. He has spent the last eight months gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate at PMRG while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is a licensed Hawaii real estate salesperson. |
