Melanie Belger is Vice President and Division Controller, responsible for the financial reporting for the Western Division portfolio. This includes overall responsibility for the preparation of the monthly financial statements, as well as tenant billings. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of annual audits, detailed financial projections, and special reports. Ms. Belger is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance and Corporate Finance in 1989. She is also a member of the USC Marshall School of Business Orange County Board.
