HOUSTON, TX - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, announces the promotion of Kim Grizzle to Vice President in the Houston Leasing Division.
Grizzle has consistently been a top performer in both transaction volume and total commissions and has been actively involved as a landlord representative in all lease negotiations, increasing rental rates and building occupancy.
She has successfully consummated over 700 lease transactions since joining PMRG in 2001. In 2007, Grizzle participated in 167 leasing transactions, including 96 leases in three very challenging assets. She has over 10 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas. Grizzle maintains a passion for her job and has established herself as a consistent performer with her clients.
Grizzle is currently responsible for the leasing of seven office buildings consisting of approximately 1.5 million rentable square feet in the Galleria, Greenway, Westchase, Katy Freeway West and Southwest Houston market areas. |
